The City of Haleyville is recognized as a community with high ethical standards, that works in harmony with industry, education, and neighbors to enrich the quality of life for all citizens.  The City of Haleyville shall involve local residents in the decision-making process on issues affecting economic and community development.  The City of Haleyville will develop, maintain and comply with local ordinances and sub-division regulations and strictly enforce those regulations for community and industrial development.
